EFArtGlass® Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 23, 2025

EFArtGlass® (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates under Ecofission LLC and provides art glass supplies, tools, and related products to retail and wholesale customers. By using efartglass.com, placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.


1. Customer Service Commitment

EFArtGlass® offers a wide selection of art glass, tools, and accessories. Our staff is trained to assist customers with product questions, ordering, and general support. We strive to provide high-quality service with every purchase.


2. New Customers

Retail customers may shop immediately.
Wholesale customers must apply for a verified wholesale account to access wholesale pricing.


3. Inventory Assistance

Our team can assist with:

  • Recommending glass types or suitable substitutes

  • Product identification

  • Basic guidance for store inventory or restocking

  • Special product requests (see Special Orders)


4. Pricing

All pricing is subject to change without notice.
Wholesale pricing, dealer pricing, or volume-based discounts may be offered at our discretion, based on account status and annual purchase volume.


5. Order Minimums

Minimum order requirements:

  • UPS / Courier Orders: $75

  • Local Pickup: No minimum

Orders below minimum may incur a small-order fee.


6. Out-of-Stock Items & Backorders

If an item is temporarily out of stock:

  • We may place it on backorder unless you request otherwise

  • We will notify you when the item is available

  • Substitutions may be recommended when appropriate


7. Special Orders

Special orders may include:

  • Items not regularly stocked

  • Bulk quantities beyond standard inventory

  • Larger sheet glass

  • Custom product requests

Policies:

  • Special orders require full payment or a non-refundable deposit

  • Special orders cannot be canceled or returned

  • Lead times depend on manufacturer availability


8. Drop-Ship Orders

Drop-shipping from EFArtGlass® directly to your customer is available upon request.
A drop-ship handling fee may apply.


9. Protecting Your Information

Your personal and business information is kept confidential.
We do not sell or share customer data for marketing purposes.


10. Customer Satisfaction & Returns

Ordered the Wrong Item?

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery (except restricted items listed below).
Returns require:

  • Prior approval

  • Original packaging

  • All included accessories

  • Copy of the invoice

Return shipping and up to a 25% restocking fee may apply.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Glass

  • Special order items

  • Books / patterns

  • Discontinued items

Items Shipped in Error

If you receive incorrect products, notify us within 10 days. We will correct the issue promptly.

Defective Items

We honor all manufacturer warranties.
After verification, you may receive:

  • Replacement

  • Repair

  • Credit

EFArtGlass® is not responsible for labor costs or incidental damages.


11. Damaged Shipments

All items leave our warehouse in good condition.

If damage occurs:

  • Accept the shipment

  • Document damage on the delivery receipt

  • File a claim with the freight carrier

  • Retain all packaging for inspection

For UPS/FedEx damage, contact us immediately before discarding packaging.

Refusing delivery without authorization may result in charges for:

  • Return shipping

  • Storage fees

  • Merchandise cost


12. Shipping Information

Supply Orders

Orders may ship via:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS (limited)

  • Motor freight (for larger or hazardous materials)

Additional shipping fees may apply for:

  • Insurance

  • Oversized boxes

  • Hazardous materials

  • Extra handling

Expedited delivery is available at an additional cost.

Glass Shipping

Glass is shipped using our secure crating system.
Crates and skids may incur additional charges depending on size and weight.

Glass shipped by UPS/FedEx uses specialty glass boxes.
These boxes are not guaranteed by carriers, and customers assume responsibility for breakage in transit when using standard parcel services.


13. Terms of Sale

  • All sales follow the terms listed on your invoice.

  • Delivery is FOB Houston, Texas, unless otherwise stated.

  • EFArtGlass® is not liable for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.


14. Payment Methods

Accepted payment options:

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • Discover

  • Wire Transfer

  • Company check (approved customers only)

Returned Checks:

Returned checks may incur service fees and collection costs.


15. Net Terms (For Approved Wholesale Accounts)

  • Subject to application and approval

  • May require up to 6 weeks processing

  • Late payments may incur 2% monthly finance charges

  • Terms may be revoked for delinquent accounts


16. Website Use

efartglass.com is provided “AS IS” without guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, or completeness.
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials.

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of revised terms.
