We offer free shipping on all retail orders over $49 (before tax) within the 48 contiguous United States. Please note that this offer applies only to qualified items and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

For orders under $49 or on non-qualified items, we offer flat-rate shipping. The cost of shipping is calculated based on the weight and size of the products, as well as the distance from our warehouse in Denver, CO.

Most in-stock products ship the same or next business day. Glass orders that require motor freight shipping may take additional processing time to ensure safe delivery, including protective crating using our tee-pee crating system.

Shipping charges are based on product weight, size, and the shipping destination. The final cost of shipping will be calculated after the order is packed. For glass shipments, additional boxing and crating fees may apply, and these will appear on your final invoice.

If you prefer not to pay for shipping, you can opt for free pickup at our Denver warehouse. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Pickup hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. MST.

We will send you tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination.
